A partner at Malik Law Corporation, Jaspreet received a B.A. in History from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 2000. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001. Jaspreet articled for La Liberte & Company and has been practicing criminal and general civil law since 2000.

Jaspreet appears as counsel for clients in court and before administrative tribunals. He has appears in Supreme Court and Provincial Court. He helps clients with all types of criminal issues including drug cases, production of marijuana, impaired driving, assault, sexual assault and theft. Jaspreet also deals with ICBC injury claims and other ICBC claims, and general civil litigation files.

Jaspreet is one of the few Punjabi speaking Mediators in BC.

Sundeep Kaur Dhaliwal

A partner at Malik Law Corporation, Sundeep Kaur received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 with a specialization in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

She received her Bachelor of Laws in 2001 from the University of British Columbia where she also served as the associate editor for the Canadian Journal of Family Law. After spending two summers as the Labour Relations summer student with the City of Surrey she articled with the firm Harris and Company. Sundeep Kaur was called to the Bar of British Columbia in September 2002.

Sundeep Kaur takes an active part in community life and has served on the board of West Coast Sikh Youth Alliance, Sikh Students' Association of UBC, Sikhs For Cancer, and Pre-Law Society of UBC, as well as other community service organizations.
